- "Skyline" residential complex in Kiev was built on Pechersk Hills, at 26A Eugene Konovalets Street.
- "Skyline" is an elite-class residential complex designed in collaboration with the American company Amstar. Ukrainian company Sergey Makhno Architects, American JFA and German M2R took part in its creation. High-tech materials were used during the construction.
